We use the form to understand the scale of ambition, then discuss budget privately after reviewing site readiness, procurement scope, timeline, and execution responsibility. The first response will clarify whether the brief is aligned before any fee proposal is prepared.

What is Hanaya Atelier's fee structure and pricing transparency?

We operate with absolute transparency. Our design fee is based on a hybrid system: a fixed concept fee depending on spatial scope, followed by an execution management percentage (typically 12% to 15%) for turnkey procurement. We furnish comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQs) with zero hidden margins.

Do you undertake projects across all Indian cities and metro regions?

Yes. Kolkata and Bhubaneswar are our studio bases, but the work is not limited to those cities. We coordinate residential, hospitality, and workspace projects across India when the scope, timeline, and site team are aligned.

Is the studio fully compliant with RERA and municipal regulations?

Absolutely. For comprehensive architectural additions and residential renovations, we coordinate closely with certified structural consultants and ensure compliance with respective state Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA) and local municipal codes.

What are the typical project timelines from concept to final styling handover?

High-fidelity spaces require meticulous craft. A standard luxury residential project (3,000–6,000 sq.ft.) spans approximately 8 to 12 months. This includes 2 to 3 months of comprehensive detailed drafting/material curation and 6 to 9 months of turnkey site execution, plastering, millwork, and final staging.
